This annual dinner is served in a beautiful setting with live music. Smoked Prime Rib dinner along with a variety of other choices and a beautiful dessert platter to share.

Southern Boil

Bring your appetite and get ready for a feast like no other. Cooked in and outdoor cooker, filled with clams, shrimp, crab, sausage, corn and potatoes. No utensils allowed. Just a bib and a bowl of butter. Dress up in your best 'Redneck' attire and take home our Redneck basket of goodies!

Steak & Stuffed Salmon

September 2018
6pm  |  $30

Salmon is stuffed with muenster cheese, tomatoes, onion & sausage and smoked to perfection. Steaks are grilled on open flames. Autumn sides and salads, dutch oven potatoes and platters of heirloom tomatoes. We end the evening with grilled peaches and pineapple served with vanilla ice-cream and caramel.

Oktoberfest

The last event of the year is in honor of Rebecca's father, Rudolph Eberhard Sommer. Born and raised in Gorlietz, one of the oldest cities in Germany, he emigrated to America and brought with him old family recipes. Rick makes fresh sauerkraut, brats, red cabbage salad and beer mustard using these treasured recipes. The meal is concluded with a variety of German desserts. Rebecca never knew Thanksgiving Dinners without her dad's Rouladen, red cabbage and her favorite, Bienenstich.

Chef's Table

January-May 2018
7pm  |  $30

This is an exclusive group of foodies that are willing to try new things without knowing what the menu is. You may be asked to go out on a limb, but I guarantee you won't leave hungry. The 'Chef's Tables' are scheduled when we have a free week end night open. When you sign up for this group, you will receive and email in which you will be asked to choose an entree. The rest will be a surprise, from the appetizer all the way to the dessert. These are plated meals allowing us to experiment with new ways of cooking, plating, and new items that may eventually appear on our menu options. Join us for this food experience. Seating is limited to the first 40 guests.
